CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Yes, you have 20 day in which to do so.
If 20 day have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please, send an email to info@wishlist-store.com to get more information regarding this matter.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?


1 – IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT: you will not incur any costs for returning the item. Send a photo to info@wishlist-store.com who will either give you a direct refund, purchase credit or collect the items with the costs borne by WISHLIST.

2 – IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT OR IT DOES NOT FIT: the costs of returning an item is at your own expense. You can send it back using your own chosen courier. We advise you to choose a courier who offers parcel tracking and proof of delivery.

RETURNS CRITERIA

In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the garment is in the original condition you received it, i.e :

Tags still attached , Unworn , Unwashed , Unstained, Unperfumed

Please note that returns, which do not comply with the above criteria, will automatically, be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN

Hair Accessories, Sunglasses and frames, Hosiery. Hats, Lingerie, Swimwear, Earrings, rings and necklaces

The above conditions do not apply to faulty goods.

WHERE DO I SEND ITEMS TO BE RETURNED?

Please, send an email to info@wishlist-store.com and wait for our Customer Service representative to get back to you with our distribution center address in Italy where you will have to send your return order.

REFUNDS

After our distribution center in Italy has received your return and verified that all of the return conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

It takes 7-10 working days to process your refund, from the date we’ve received your parcel.

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing.

Please note, delivery fees are not refundable, unless you’ve received faulty or incorrect item.
